WA Roofing & Maintenance Pty Ltd (WARM Group) is a Western Australian-owned building and roofing group, bringing together specialist businesses under one trusted banner. Founded by Robert and Rebecca Outram after relocating from the UK, the group was established to raise the standard of roofing, maintenance and building services across WA through expert workmanship and genuine care. As part of this journey, WARM Group has acquired Air Roofing Company, strengthening our ability to deliver high-quality roofing, maintenance, and building services across WA with greater scale, expertise, and reliability.
With over 60 years of combined industry experience, WARM Group owns and operates WA Roofing & Maintenance (WARM) and Air Roofing, delivering high-quality, safety-led solutions across residential and commercial projects. Rob brings more than 24 years of hands-on roofing and contracts management experience, while Becki Outram adds over 20 years of customer-focused leadership, ensuring a seamless client experience from first enquiry to completion.
United by strong family values and core principles of honesty, safety, care and integrity, WARM Group will continue to grow its portfolio of specialist companies creating a single, streamlined provider for roofing, building, maintenance, and compliance services.
